    Microsoft 365 permissions required by Shared Email Templates 2

    If you sign up, sign in, or use some of the Shared Email Templates 2 features for the first time, you might be prompted to grant the required permissions yourself or request your admin’s approval. This depends on how user and admin consent workflow is configured in your organization.

    Each of the following pages describes the consent workflow for one of the options available under User consent settings in the Microsoft Entra admin center (Entra ID > Enterprise apps > Consent and permissions > User consent settings).
