Make a shareable email template for Outlook

Create a template from the selected email #
In Outlook, select the email that you want to save as a template.
At the bottom of the Shared Email Templates pane, click the down arrow on the New template button.
Choose the location for your new template: My templates (your personal folder) or a team.

Use the Create template dialog that appears automatically to specify what you want to keep in the template:
- Formatting and images
- Subject
- Recipients
- Attachments (if any)

When you’re finished, select Create.
Create a template from scratch #
At the bottom of the Shared Email Templates pane, click the down arrow on the New template button.
Choose the location for your new template: My templates (your personal folder) or a team.

Type the template name and prepare its content. Then select Save.

Alternatively, you can select My templates, a team, or a subfolder, and then select the New template button to proceed.
You can also right-click My templates, a team, or a subfolder and select New template or New template in browser to start creating your template.

Create a template from a draft email #
When replying to an email or composing a new one, select the content you want to save as a template.
In the Shared Email Templates pane, click the down arrow on the New template button.
Choose where to save your template: My templates (your personal folder) or a team.

Enter the template name, edit the content if needed, and select Save.

Alternatively, you can select the email content, choose My templates, a team, or a subfolder, and then select the New template button to proceed.
