Subprocessors

To support the delivery of the Office Data Apps sp. z o.o. (Ablebits) Services, we may engage and use Subprocessors with access to certain Personal Data, User Content, and Support Service Information. This document provides important information about the identity, location, and role of each Subprocessor.

Infrastructure subprocessor #

We own and control access to the infrastructure that we use to host and process Personal Data and User Content submitted to our Services.

Currently, our production systems are located in the infrastructure of the Subprocessors mentioned below.

We work with certain Third Parties to provide specific functionality within our Services. These providers are Subprocessors set forth below.

Zendesk, Inc.	We use Zendesk to provide our support for our Users and Customers and process Support Service Information.	Germany
Ecomz Holding Limited	We use Ecomz Holding Limited (“Selzy”), an email campaign service provider, to send email newsletters to Users. The primary information Selzy has access to is the email addresses of newsletter recipients.	Germany
Microsoft Corporation	We use Microsoft’s OAuth 2.0 service to authenticate Users and authorize their access to our SaaS.	Microsoft’s OAuth 2.0 location depends on your Microsoft 365/Azure tenant.
Google Ireland Limited	We use Google’s OAuth 2.0 service to authenticate Users and authorize their access to our SaaS.	There is no official Google statement claiming where EU users’ personal account data is stored. All consumer account data may be processed globally under the legal frameworks of the Data Privacy Frameworks and Standard Contractual Clauses.
