    How to add macros to your Outlook email templates

    To insert a macro into your shareable email template for Outlook, follow the steps below.

    1. Start creating a new template or editing an existing one.

    2. In the text of the template, place the cursor where you want the macro placeholder to appear.

    3. On the template editor toolbar, select the The Insert macro button Insert macro button.

    4. Select a macro.

    5. When the macro placeholder is added to the text of your template, select Save.
