Switching from Shared Email Templates (version 1) to Shared Email Templates 2 is easy. You won’t need to manually move or import your templates. They’ll be available to you in Shared Email Templates 2 right away. Just follow the steps below.
- Install Shared Email Templates 2.
- Open Shared Email Templates 2 in Outlook.
- Sign in with your credentials (if prompted).
- Take a quick look at the pane to see that your templates are there.
- Uninstall Shared Email Templates (version 1).
