Migrate from Template Phrases for Outlook Online

Step 1: Export templates from Template Phrases for Outlook Online #

In Outlook Online, start Template Phrases, click the three dots in the bottom right corner and select Export.
By default, all your template groups will be selected. Uncheck the unwanted ones and click Export.
A .ptd file will be downloaded.

Run Shared Email Templates, stand on the team or folder into which you want to import templates, click the three dots and select Import.
Select the downloaded .ptd file and click Open.
A group from Template Phrases for Outlook Online will be imported as a folder into the team or folder you selected.

Review each template one by one and check all macros used in them. Find a macro in the list below to see if any action is needed.

Some macros need to be replaced with other ones, so check the list below.

Shared Email Templates does not recognize the following macros. Please remove them from templates.
