    Insert a random closing phrase automatically in Outlook

    To automatically use random closings in your Outlook emails, follow these steps.

    1. Start editing or creating a template.

    2. Place the cursor where you want the closing phrase to appear.

    3. On the template editor toolbar, select the The Insert macro button Insert macro button.

    4. Select Insert random phrase.

    5. In the Random phrase dialog, enter the email closings you want the add-in to choose from (one closing per line to create your list).

    6. Save your template.

    Each time you use the template, the add-in will randomly pick one of your closing lines and insert it into your email.
