Add your profile photo from Azure Active Directory to Outlook emails
Follow these steps if you’d like to automatically insert your profile photo from Azure Active Directory into an Outlook email whenever you use a shared email template.
In the message template you’re creating or editing, select the
Insert picture button on the template editor toolbar.Select Insert photo from Azure AD.
In the Insert photo dialog, you can set the size of the photo and enter the link URL and the link title. This is optional. If you don’t specify the width and the height of the photo, the original dimensions will be kept.
When you’re ready, select OK.
The macro placeholder will appear in your template. Select the Save button.
When you insert the template into an Outlook email, your profile photo from Azure Active Directory will automatically replace the macro placeholder.
If you share the template with your team and a teammate uses it to create an email, that teammate’s profile photo will appear instead of the macro placeholder.
