Company account, team, and user profile properties

There are predefined and custom properties in Shared Email Templates for Microsoft Outlook. You can create custom properties for your company account, teams, and user profile.

Company account properties and user profile properties can be used in any template, whether it’s in a private (My templates) folder or in a team. Team properties can be used only in templates of the team they were created for. It’s also possible to use Azure AD and mailbox properties in templates.
