    Create Outlook email template shortcuts

    You can create template shortcuts for new and existing Outlook email templates.

    Add a shortcut to a new template #

    1. Start creating a new template.

    2. When your template is ready, select ## above the template name.

    3. In the Create shortcut dialog, enter a name for your template shortcut, and then select OK.

    4. The template shortcut is above the template name now. Select Save.

    Add a shortcut to an existing template #

    1. Select a template, and then click ## in the template preview.

    2. The Create shortcut dialog will appear. Enter a name for your template shortcut. When you’re done, select OK.
