    Error: There is no connection to the server

    Issue: I can’t access my Shared Email Templates account and am getting this error message: “There is no connection to the server. Please try again later.”

    Cause: You have a problem with the Internet connection.

    Solution: Restart your computer and try to access your Shared Email Templates account again. If this doesn’t work, check your network connection and try to use a different one. If you still have difficulties, please contact your IT team to check whether Shared Email Templates is being blocked.

    If your company uses some corporate network and your Outlook is connected through it, contact your network administrators and ask them to add enabling rules for the following domains:
