    Template formatting is broken

    Issue: Template formatting gets broken when text from an external source is pasted.

    Cause: Pasting text from an external source into your template can make HTML inconsistent and break formatting.

    Solution: Follow the steps described below.

    1. Select the text of your template, and then select the The Clear formatting button Clear formatting button on the template editor toolbar.

    2. Format your template anew.
