    Formatting issues with tables or template text

    Issue: Formatting of text, lists, or tables (cell borders and backgrounds) is corrupted when a template is inserted into an email message.

    Cause: Issues with table and text formatting in Microsoft Outlook.

    Solution: Until Microsoft addresses these issues, we recommend using alternative formatting that will work for you.

    You can also send the HTML code of your problematic template to support@ablebits.com, so our developers can investigate the issue further. Just follow these steps:

    1. Start editing the template.
    2. On the template editor toolbar, select the The View HTML button View HTML button.
    3. Copy the entire HTML code.
    4. Paste the code into a new Word document.
    5. Send the Word document to us as an email attachment.
