    Error: Access is denied

    Issue: I get “Access is denied. Please contact your administrator” when trying to install Shared Email Templates.

    Cause: You don’t have permissions to install add-ins from the Office Store.

    Solution: Contact your IT department and ask them to do the following:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
    2. Go to Settings > Org settings > Services > User owned apps and services.
    3. Make sure the Let users access the Office Store and Let users start trials on behalf of your organization options are enabled.
