Issue: I’m installing Shared Email Templates in Outlook Online but keep getting the message: “Sorry, we can’t complete this operation right now. Please try again later.”
Possible causes:
- You’re trying to install the add-in to a shared mailbox.
- Your administrator doesn’t allow the installation of add-ins.
Solutions:
- To make it possible for all users who have access to a shared mailbox to use Shared Email Templates, install the add-in for each user’s work or school/Exchange account.
- If you don’t have the required permissions, contact your IT department and ask them to allow the add-in installation from the Office Store for your account.
