Missing templates in the "My templates" folder
Issue: I can’t see some or all of my templates in the My templates folder.
Cause: Only you have access to My templates. If templates are missing, they might have been deleted or moved to another folder or team.
Solution: Check all folders and teams in Shared Email Templates to see whether the missing templates were accidentally moved elsewhere.
