    Cause: Your Microsoft Office version is out of date and some add-in features might not work.

    Solution:

    1. In Windows, go to Settings > Windows Update > Advanced options.
    2. Turn on Receive updates for other Microsoft products.
    3. Install all available Windows updates.
    4. Check for and install available Office updates.
