The previous version of the add-in still appears after a new release

Issue: After a new version is released, the previous version still shows up in the About section.
Cause: This issue occurs because of the Office cache.
To find out whether you’re having this issue, open the More (…) menu in the lower-right corner of the Shared Email Templates pane and select About. Then compare the version shown there with the latest version in the Release notes.
If the version shown in the About section is the previous one, update the add-in.
If the previous version persists, try to clear the Office cache manually by following the instructions on the Microsoft Learn website.
