How to install the add-in in Outlook

From Microsoft Marketplace #
Go to Microsoft Marketplace by clicking the button below.
On the Shared Email Templates 2 page, select Get it now.

The Microsoft Confirm your details to continue dialog will appear. When you’re ready to proceed, select Get it now.
In the dialog asking you if you’d like to install Shared Email Templates 2, select Continue.
To make sure the add-in is installed, go to https://outlook.com/, sign in with the same Microsoft personal or work/school account you installed the add-in for, and check that the add-in icon appears. See where to find the add-in.
Via a manifest file #
Go to https://aka.ms/olksideload.
In the Add-ins for Outlook dialog, select My add-ins.
Scroll down to Custom Addins.
Select Add a custom add-in.
Select Add from File.
If you already downloaded the Shared Email Templates manifest file, browse to it, select it, and then select Open.
Select Install.
Close the Add-ins for Outlook dialog.
To make sure the add-in is installed, check that its icon appears. See where to find the add-in.
How to use Shared Email Templates with shared mailboxes #
To let all users who have access to a shared mailbox use Shared Email Templates with it, you need to add the add-in to each user’s work or school/Exchange account by following the installation instructions above.
To switch between Outlook accounts when sending emails, use the From field. If the field isn’t visible, go to Options. For more details, please visit the Microsoft Support website.
